Deirdre L. Guenther, admission advisor based in Boston, graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall School and earned a B.A. from Yale University. She has a prior professional background in interviewing and career counseling. Deirdre has completed the Practices and Principles Program of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and is currently working toward obtaining UCLA's Certificate in College Admissions Counseling.

Jane S. Sacasa, admission advisor based in New York, graduated from The Ethel Walker School and earned a B.A. from Vassar College and an MBA from Harvard University. She has experience in test evaluation and writing. Jane attended Harvard's Summer Institute on College Admissions and is currently enrolled in UCLA's Certificate in College Admissions Counseling Program. She is also a member of New York State Association of College Admission Counselors (NYSACAC).

David K. Smith, senior advisor to The Compass Group Admission Advisors, has been an educational counselor advising students applying to colleges and secondary schools for over 20 years. David "Deke" graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy and earned a Bachelor's Degree and Master of Education from Harvard University. He previously served as Director of Admissions at Harvard College and Dean of Admissions at Radcliffe College. Deke has served on numerous boards, including the Board of Directors of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
